Il est possible de retrouver leur descendance jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la famille <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Firidolfi<\/span><\/i>, <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">qui a ensuite chang\u00e9 son nom en Ricasoli<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La rivalit\u00e9 constante entre <strong>Florence et Sienne<\/strong> a rendu tr\u00e8s vuln\u00e9rables leurs nombreux <strong>ch\u00e2teaux<\/strong> qui, au fil des ans, ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se transmettre et ornent aujourd'hui le vaste paysage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gaiole in Chianti offre un aper\u00e7u de ce que furent les batailles pour la conqu\u00eate du <strong>pouvoir local<\/strong>, qui ont domin\u00e9 ces terres pendant plus de cent ans : de la famille des Medici \u00e0 celle des Ricasoli, des Guelfes aux Gibelins et aux guerres continuelles pour la supr\u00e9matie territoriale entre Florence et Sienne. Ce furent pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ces conflits continuels qui stimul\u00e8rent la r\u00e9alisation des villages fortifi\u00e9s et des ch\u00e2teaux par les nombreuses tours d\u2019observation que nous pouvons tous visiter aujourd\u2019hui dans la zone environnante, beaucoup d\u2019entre eux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transform\u00e9s en logements magnifiques pour les s\u00e9jours dans le Chianti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais comment est n\u00e9e la <strong>tradition vinicole de Gaiole<\/strong> qui a conduit \u00e0 la production du c\u00e9l\u00e8bre <strong>Chianti Classico<\/strong> ? Gaiole vante de la plus grande cave de la r\u00e9gion du Chianti Classico: le <\/span><strong>Ch\u00e2teau de Brolio<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le m\u00eame ch\u00e2teau o\u00f9 le Baron Bettino Ricasoli inventa la formule du Chianti en 1872. Des vins excellents qui varient selon la composition du sol, l\u2019intensit\u00e9 du soleil et la pluie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Le Chianti, et en particulier Gaiole, a su transformer le <strong>cyclisme<\/strong> en un \u00e9v\u00e9nement culturel.
