Une porte en arche, qui s'ouvre dans les murs de pierre, m\u00e8ne \u00e0 une place avec l'ancien <strong>four<\/strong> qui servait \u00e0 faire du pain pour toute la communaut\u00e9, d'o\u00f9 des petites rues pittoresques m\u00e8nent \u00e0 l'autre porte, qui n'existe plus.<\/p>\n<p>L'ancien village de Torri, qui s'est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur d'un <strong>mur ovale<\/strong> de plus de 20 m\u00e8tres de haut, s'est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 autour du monast\u00e8re de Torri d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la Sainte Trinit\u00e9 et plus tard \u00e0 Saint Mustiola.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>monast\u00e8re de Santa Mustiola<\/strong>, probablement fond\u00e9 vers la moiti\u00e9 du XIe si\u00e8cle, a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s influent au cours du XIIIe si\u00e8cle car il a exerc\u00e9 un r\u00f4le constant de m\u00e9diation entre les seigneurs locaux et la Commune de Sienne.
