Der Name \"Arceno\" geht auf das etruskische Wort \"arch\u00e9\" zur\u00fcck, das \"Ursprungspunkt\" bedeutet. <\/p>\n<p>Die prestigetr\u00e4chtige Weinbautradition des <strong>Tenuta di Arceno<\/strong> geht auf eine lange Geschichte zur\u00fcck, die bis ins 16. Urspr\u00fcnglich im Besitz der beiden Adelsfamilien Del Taja und Piccolomini, wurde das Anwesen 1994 von dem amerikanischen Unternehmerpaar Jess Jackson und Barbara Banke gekauft. <\/p>\n<p>Das Landgut umfasst \u00fcber tausend Hektar, die sich auf Weinberge, Olivenhaine, W\u00e4lder, Ackerland und einheimische Vegetation verteilen. Ihre Rebsorten bestehen zur H\u00e4lfte aus <strong>Sangiovese<\/strong> eund zur anderen H\u00e4lfte aus internationalen Sorten wie <strong>Cabernet Franc<\/strong>, <strong>Merlot<\/strong> und <strong>Cabernet Sauvignon<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>Die Weinkellerei Arceno respektiert die <strong>tjahrhundertealte Tradition des Gallo Nero<\/strong>, glaubt aber fest an den <strong>IGT<\/strong>,
