Villa di Sotto is located at only 20 Km from Siena, on the edge of the ancient village Villa a Sesta, placed along the road that leads to the historical Castle of Brolio.
Follow our indications to reach us easily from North or South.
Coming from Milan:
If you come from Milan (North): once arrived to Firenze-Certosa, take the Florence-Siena superhighway in the direction of Siena, distant approximately 60 Km. Once you reach Siena follow the indications for the Siena-Bettolle road toward Arezzo and exit at Castelnuovo Berardenga. Once you arrive at Castelnuovo continue on the main road for 7 km, and to your left you will find Villa a Sesta - Via S. Caterina, 30 - Villa di Sotto. Alternatively, when arriving in Florence you can continue in direction of Rome on the A1 freeway, take the Val d'Arno exit and follow the indications for Gaiole in Chianti. Once you reach Gaiole continue for approximately 10 Km in the direction of Castelnuovo Berardenga on the Chiantigiana road and you will find Villa a Sesta and Villa di Sotto.
Coming from Rome:
If you come from Rome (South): at the Bettolle crossing point of the Val di Chiana exit, you can take the superhighway in the direction of Siena and reach the Castelnuovo Berardenga exit that you will find after approximately 31 Km. Once arrived at Castelnuovo continue on the main road for 7 km, and to your left you will find Villa a Sesta - Via S. Caterina, 30 - Villa di Sotto.
